Conveniently located in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area, Family Physical Therapy & Wellness strives to provide your family the highest quality of rehabilitation, therapy, assessments and modality services anywhere.

Family Physical Therapy

Kimberly A. Hannon, Physical Therapist, President

Kim earned her Master's degree in physical therapy at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY, and while there she was appointed the Allied Health Council President, awarded a Leadership award, and was the Outstanding Student for the Commencement.

She is considered a fitness specialist, has extensive manual therapy training through the University of St. Augustine’s program, is trained in dry needling, the Graston Technique, Tai Chi for rehabilitation, and Vestibular Rehabilitation. Throughout her career, she has taken many Pediatric classes for Autism, Torticolis, Neurological disorders, functional exercise. She has worked closely with certified Pilate instructors throughout her career and incorporates Pilates into many rehab programs, and is currently working on completing her certification to perform FMA (Functional Movement Assessments), and Y Balance screenings. Kim has dedicated her physical therapy career to taking continuing education classes and pursuing certifications to meet the needs of her patients in the community.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Rich, and three boys, Dylan, 12, Logan, 9, and Landon, 5. Kim is active in the community, as she is a leader in cub scouts, and became a certified emergency medical respondent so she could volunteer on the sidelines of the community youth football league where her boys played, to help keep all the children safe. She also has enjoyed volunteering with her church at Alpharetta First United Methodist Church, and in the schools where her boys attend.

 

Family Physical Therapy

Richard Hannon, Director of Finance

Rich has been a CPA since 2009 and has been a controller for a successful Japanese company since 2010. Throughout his career, he has been an auditor, and has worked for various companies as a controller while always surpassing the expectations of the owners. His specialty is to analyze the company and reorganize the finances which attributes to improving their profitability.

Rich is a family man and enjoys watching all sports. When Rich is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kim, and three energetic boys, Dylan, Logan and Landon. He has volunteered in the community as a coach for his son, Logan’s football teams, enjoys playing golf with Dylan and reading bedtime stories to Landon. Rich looks forward to their annual family beach trip where he can recharge his battery.

 

Barbara Tetz

Barbara Tetz, Office Manager

Barbara moved here in 2009 to be closer to her daughter, Kim and three grandchildren, Dylan, Logan and Landon. Over the years, Barbara has owned and managed two successful businesses. She has been retired since 2009 while managing her properties. Barbara was thrilled to come out of retirement and manage the office of Family Physical Therapy and Wellness.

Barbara enjoys spending time with her family, especially, her three grandsons, Dylan, Logan and Landon. Barbara enjoys reading with them, playing games with them, coloring with them, taking them to the park and taking trips with her family.
